  • Stock Items: Delivery time for stock items is 2–3 working days.

5. Shipping Methods

Customers can choose from the following shipping options:

  • Inside Dhaka:
    • Regular: BDT 70–100, within 48 hours.
    • Urgent: BDT 350–500, within 24 hours (00:00–12:00 hrs, excluding Fridays and government holidays).
  • Outside Dhaka:
    • Regular: BDT 120–200, within 3–5 working days.
  • Worldwide:
    Shipping costs vary based on location and parcel size. Contact our Service Center for international delivery estimates.

6. Returns and Replacements

  • Return Period: Products may be returned within 3 days from the delivery date if you are not satisfied.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must include all packaging, accessories, warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and tags.
  • Refunds and Alterations: Returns are subject to verification by the EcomBD24 team.
  • Damaged Items: Items that are damaged upon receipt can be returned.
